BAH. Sooo not worth the price. Maybe if 1) I had never eaten at an Indian restaurant, or 2) never been to India, I *might* think this was OK Indian food. Their spice comes on a scale of 1-5. I, the guy who is allergic to red pepper and who starved the whole time I was in India, can eat their #4. 1 = nothing, 2 = nothing with a dash of spice. It's the worse case of americanized ethnic food I've seen lately.

Save your money, go to Sitar Palace on Falls @ Spring Forest, Royal India on Capital, or Suchi in Cary, depending on which region you want to eat from (southern, northern, Hyderabadi).

I think the biggest difference is in the meat cuts and preparation. It really made all of the difference in the crab curry. However, according to spice levels you are dead on. I ordered 3 and could easily have handled a 4.

Is Suchi where we went in Cary? While the food was good, the service was so miserable.
